Running until Thursday 13th April, head into your local store and test your current distance performance with your own driver against six of the newest models on the market. Including: COBRA AeroJet Ping G430, Callaway Paradym TaylorMade Stealth 2, Wilson Dynapower, and Titleist TSR.

Based on the your current mph swing speed, you will be placed into one of five category groups.  You'll then have three swings with each of the six cutting-edge drivers and the distance measured before being ranked within your assigned group.  Each group winner will be the individual who gained the most yardage with their given swings and they will walk away with their favourite driver, with one runner up per group receiving a £100 American Golf gift card.

Terms and Conditions
  1. 1. This Prize Draw is promoted by American Golf (Trading) Limited) for all new and existing American Golf Clubcard Members who successfully enter the competition in store via a staff member and the competition form. The competition, entries, and results are managed by American Golf (Trading) Limited. Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this competition. By entering this competition, and providing your personal details (i.e. email address), you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any enquiries about the competition or associated terms and conditions should solely be directed to American Golf (Trading) Limited. 
  2. 2. This competition is open to all New and Existing Club Card Members, who are aged 18 years old or over at the time of entry and are residents within the United Kingdom.
  3. 3. To enter the competition, a store staff member will complete the competition portal form with you in store. By providing your email address on the form, you will consent to be contacted should you be the winner.
  4. 4. The competition will be open between 00:01 on 16th March 2023 to 11.59 on 13th April 2023 (closing date).
  5. 5. You may not enter and will not be entered into this competition if you are: (a) an employee, agent or supplier of American Golf or of its group companies; or (b) in any way professionally connected with this Promotion or its sponsorship or administration.  
  6. 6. There is a limit to one entry per individual. You will only be able to enter the competition once. Joint entries made on behalf of another person to this competition are not allowed. If you compete in the competition multiple times, only your first submission will count. 
  7. 7. There will be five winners who will be chosen by 20th April (following the end of the competition) using data captured in store during the competition based on the furthest distance and yardage gained (converted into percentage) within each swing speed category (59mph below, 60mph – 79mph, 80mph – 94mph, 95mph – 109mph, 110mph+ (Club speed), from all valid entries. Swing speed of tested drivers must be within 5% range of original swing speed with own clubs.
  8. 8. Stores will use balls available within the range or store at the time. Variance may vary.
  9. 9. Range stores should use their discretion to use range balls of a similar standard to try and keep the variance in performance to a minimum.
  10. 10. The winner will receive a custom fit driver of their favourite club included in the competition (or the cost of their custom fitted driver back following its purchase) for one person at one of American Golf’s stores.  Titleist TSR Driver, Ping G430 Driver, Taylormade Stealth 2 Driver, Callaway Paradym Driver, Cobra Aerojet Driver, and Wilson DP Driver. Ten runners up (second and third place in each swing speed category) will each receive a £50 American Golf Gift Card.
  11. 11. The above prize mentioned in point 8 cannot be sold or exchanged. 
  12. 12. Club brands must be tested in random order for fairness.
  13. 13. American Golf will contact, using its reasonable efforts, the winner via the email address provided on the prize draw form, on or after 20th April 2023. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure this email address is correct. American Golf will request any further information it deems necessary and will provide details on how the winner can claim the prize.  
  14. 14. If, after sufficient attempts, the winner cannot be contacted by 23.59 on 27th April 2023, a new winner with the next highest score will be selected.
  15. 15. If the selected winner chooses not to accept the prize, a new winner with the next highest score will be selected. 
  16. 16. Any personal data captured through the competition entry form will be used for the purpose of the competition. If you choose to opt in to email marketing, the data you supply to us may be used to tailor the types of products and services we market to you. The data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with American Golf's privacy policy available at: www.americangolf.co.uk/content/privacy-policy. 
  17. 17. American Golf will not accept entries into this competition that are: a) automatically generated by computer; b) completed by third parties or in bulk; c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with; or d) incomplete. American Golf may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter this competition. 
  18. 18. American Golf's decision is final in relation to this competition and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 
  19. 19. American Golf is not responsible for entries into this competition that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software or failure of any kind. 
  20. 20. Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, American Golf and its employees, will not be responsible for any liability for any losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of a Prize or participation in this competition. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of American Golf for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by American Golf's negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. 
  21. 21. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, American Golf may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an individual from participating in this competition. American Golf reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  22. 22. American Golf may, at its sole discretion, cancel or amend these terms and conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so. American Golf will notify you of any such changes to these terms and conditions by email. 
  23. 23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. You and American Golf agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 
  24. 24. If you aren’t currently a club card member, then you can join for free at the till point.  No purchase necessary. 
  25. 25. To be eligible to win the competition you must hold a valid American Golf Club Card. By completing the competition entry form, you accept that you will be signed up to an American Golf Clubcard should you not already have one. 
  26. 26. The winner must have booked their custom fit for the new driver between the dates of 20th April 2023 – 22nd June 2023.
  27. 27. The winner agrees to American Golf (Trading) using the winner’s name, photo or video in any marketing, advertising or publicity.
