Pure Muscle Back
The irons have pure muscle back DNA, heavily influenced by the most revered blades of Mizuno’s past. Designed with a refined topline which is one of the thinnest lines of recent generations, and a discreetly tapered top blade and cambered sole to allow a fuller vertical spread of weight. This design provides added forgiveness on low or high ball strikes without stepping out of the traditional muscle-back appearance. This is a true Mizuno players iron for shot-making and precision.
Layers of Feel
The irons are constructed from a single billet of 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel and layered with a soft Copper plating and protective Nickel Chrome for enhanced feel and responsiveness. The original layering from Mizuno’s fantastic TN87 blade irons.
Mixed Finish
To eliminate high glare in the address position the irons are crafted with a combination of either satin or a chrome mirror finish.
