Terms and Conditions

• 1. Employees of American Golf and any other group connected with the competition are excluded.
• 2. Available to UK & Republic of Ireland residents only.
• 3. Participants must provide all requested information at point of entry. This may include but not be limited to: Full Name, Home address, Email Address, Contact Telephone Number.
• 4. All personal data will be processed in line with the American golf privacy policy which can be found at https://www.americangolf.co.uk/content/privacy-policy.html
• 5. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
• 6. Competition runs from - 04/09/18 - 30/09/18
• 7. 1 entry per participant.
• 8. 3 shots only per entry.
• 9. Best shot out of 3 counts.
• 10. Hole in one’s count.
• 11. In the outcome of multiple hole in one’s, entries will be placed in a draw for the winning prize which will be drawn at random.
• 12. Results will be entered into a live leader board, available at www.americangolf.co.uk
• 13. Prize is a fully fitted set of TaylorMade Irons, fitted in an American Golf store selected by the winner.
• 14. Prize as stated with no cash alternative.
• 15. Prize cannot be transferred to another person.
• 16. By entering the competition, the winner agrees for American Golf to contact them to discuss information related to the prize.
• 17. American Golf will verify all entry’s.
• 18. American Golfs` decision is final.
• 19. American Golf will contact the winning participant by 07/10/18.
• 20. Participating stores only.
• 21. No purchase necessary.
• 22. Prize must be collected from the American Golf store in which the customer fitting took place (Prize cannot be delivered to the winners address).
• 23. Any participant is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions at the point of entry.
