Club Terms and Conditions

1. You may only use your American Golf Club card in American Golf stores or online at www.americangolf.co.uk.
2. It is a condition of having an American Golf Club card that you provide American Golf with your contact details. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to become a member of the American Golf Club and that American Golf can contact you with offers by post, email, and phone. You can opt out in store, by contacting our customer service team on 01925 939999, by emailing aftersales@americangolf.co.uk or by writing to American Golf Customer Services, Units 1-4 Priestley Road, Wardley Industrial Estate, Worsley, Manchester,M28 2LY
3. Emails from American Golf use Open Tracking to improve your email experience. By providing your email address you allow American Golf to use Open Tracking. For more information, please see our privacy policy at www.americangolf.co.uk/privacy.
4. To take advantage of member only deals and discount vouchers you must present your American Golf Club card at time of purchase.
5. The American Golf Club is open to all UK & ROI residents aged 18 years or over.
6. The American Golf Club card is not transferable and can only be used by the person to whom the card is issued.
7. If your card is lost or stolen please notify us by contacting our customer service team on 01925 939999, or by emailing aftersales@americangolf.co.uk.
8. Calls to our customer service team will be charged at national rates, plus your phone provider’s access charge.
9. The American Golf Club card issued to you remains the property of American Golf and must be surrendered upon request. It is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
10. American Golf may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.
11. In the case of dispute, the decisions of American Golf shall be final and binding. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your Statutory Rights.
12. American Golf Club vouchers and coupon mailings can only be used in American Golf stores and online at www.americangolf.co.uk when presented in conjunction with an American Golf Club card.
13. All promotions and mailings are subject to availability.
14. The promoter of the American Golf Club is American Golf, Europa Boulevard, Gemini Business Park, Westbrook, Warrington, WA5 7YW.

Birthday vouchers

1. Voucher valid for one single use.
2. You must spend £10 or more in a single transaction, by midnight on the end date shown. No change given. No cash value.
3. £10 minimum spend excludes purchases of gift cards and delivery charges.
4. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or discount code.
5. Delivery charges may apply.
6. You must provide us with a valid email address to receive your birthday voucher. If you do not wish to receive a birthday voucher, you can opt out by contacting our customer service team on 01925 939999, or by emailing aftersales@americangolf.co.uk.
7. Excludes staff.

Golf Holidays Direct Prize Draw Terms And Conditions

1. This Golf Holidays Direct Prize Draw is promoted by American Golf (Trading) Limited). Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this prize draw. By entering this prize draw and providing your personal details (i.e. email address), you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any enquiries about the competition or associated terms and conditions should solely be directed to American Golf (Trading) Limited.
2. The prize draw will be open between 00:01 on 1st May 2024 to 11.59 on 31st May 2024 (closing date).
3. You will only be able to enter the prize draw once. Joint entries made on behalf of another person to this prize draw are not allowed.
4. The customer must be aged 18 or over to enter.
5. There will be one winner who will be chosen by 4th June 2024 (following the end of the competition) from all valid entries.
6. The winner will receive a Rapsodo Launch Monitor.
7. The above prize cannot be sold or exchanged.
8. American Golf will contact, using its reasonable efforts, the winner via the email address provided on the prize draw form, on or after 4th June 2024. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure this email address is correct. American Golf will request any further information it deems necessary and will provide details on how the winner can claim the prize.
9. If, after sufficient attempts, the winner cannot be contacted by 23.59 on 9th June 2024, a new winner will be randomly selected.
10. If the selected winner chooses not to accept the prize, a new winner will be randomly selected.
11. By entering the prize draw and opting in to email marketing, the personal data you supply to us may be used to tailor personalised email marketing communications. The data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with American Golf's privacy policy available at: www.americangolf.co.uk/privacy.policy

13. American Golf is not responsible for entries into this prize draw that are lost as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software or failure of any kind.
14. American Golf's decision is final in relation to this prize draw and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
15. American Golf may, at its sole discretion, cancel or amend these terms and conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so. American Golf will notify you of any such changes to these terms and conditions by email.
16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. You and American Golf agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
