As Christmas approaches, we want to make sure that we give our customers all of the information they require. Last Order Dates for Christmas Delivery
We want to help you plan your Christmas. As such, for Republic Of Ireland deliveries, we will guarantee that you receive your orders, if placed by the dates below:
Before 5pm on Tuesday 18th December (FREE ON ORDERS OVER 99€)

Post Christmas Deliveries
Any order that has missed the Christmas deadline, will be delivered as per our normal time scales after processing on the Thursday 27th December.
Next day orders that missed the Christmas cut off but were placed prior to 5pm on Thursday 27th of December will be delivered on the 28th December.
Please consider the New Year's Day Bank Holiday when placing your order.
Christmas Returns policy
Buy your Christmas gifts, after 5th of November, safe in the knowledge that should something not be quite right, you will have until the end of January to return and exchange the item.

As per our usual return policy, exclusions apply and returned items must be unused, along with all original packaging and any labels.

Christmas FAQ's
You can find a list of possible destinations, and when you need to place your order by to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery here.
If you have missed the cut off for pre-Christmas delivery, your order will be shipped from Thursday 27th December and will be delivered within our normal time-scales which can be found here. Please consider the New Year's Day Bank Holiday when placing your order.
Don’t worry, there are still ways to get your presents before Christmas. With over 120 stores nationwide, you can utilise our Reserve & Collect service which is available until the close of business on Sunday 23rd December. Place your Reserve & Collect order by this time and your items will be available for collection in your chosen store on Christmas Eve. Click here to find your nearest store along with its opening hours.
Alternatively, you can order e-vouchers throughout Christmas. These will be emailed to the address of your choice within 2 hours so even on Christmas Day, it is never too late! To order your vouchers or for more information, please click here.
Physical Gift cards must me ordered in line with our guaranteed pre-Christmas cut off dates which can be found here.
E-VOUCHERS
We also offer e-vouchers which, due to them being sent within 2 hours of placing your order, it’s never too late.
Please consider the delivery email address that you enter when prompted. The vouchers will be sent to this email address within 2 hours of us accepting your order so if you want to get a head start on your shopping but need to keep your gift a secret, we recommend that you enter your own email address and forward these to the eventual recipient when you are ready.
Within our checkout you may also be asked for a Delivery Address. Whilst we do require this to process your order, you can rest assured that your e-vouchers will be sent electronically to the email address you have specified. For more information on Gift Vouchers, please click here.
